Parable of the Hidden Treasure
Matthew 13
44 “The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field.
45 “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls. 46 When he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it.
When you find this, it is by no accident. You are ready to see that people and people’s souls are the real treasure. When you find someone man or woman with the kingdom of heaven within them, and you know that they are ‘chosen’ and your brothers and sisters. But they are diamonds in the rough, they have been beaten down by life, and need your love and help, then you gotta — help! Most often, it is loving them with your money. Just as the LORD purchased us with His blood, we can use our money to help those we know are our brothers and sisters.
